I had a wordpress account that is hooked up to my website Sydneylasala.com for my blog posts. I just tried to log in it told me to change my password and when I am missing all my plug ins And my posts. but they are all still up on my site. it had me pay $40 to install the plug ins back but all my blog posts are missing. it seems I might be in the wrong WordPress account but im not sure how that happened.

Thanks for getting in touch. It looks like your site is currently hosted by Squarespace not WordPress.com. Taking a closer look at the account I can see that you did buy a 1 year premium plan for Sydneylasala.com on 2021-05-11.
We can refund the monthly business plan which you just purchased because that’s not going to be necessary if the project is going to continue on Squarespace. Just write back and let us know how you plan to host the site and we can move forward with that.

We took a closer look at the hosting history for Sydneylasala.com and I’m not sure that the posts were ever here on WordPress.com. The premium plan I mentioned was purchased and then cancelled + refunded a few days later.
The current name savers on the domain are actually listing 2 different hosting provider. Squarespace and nsone.net. If I check the A Records for the domain I see it is listed at WP Engine.
Normally these details would reveal 1 provider, not 3. Once we know more about how you want to move forward with the project, and where you want to host it, we can provide better support and answers.
