My website
-
Good afternoon,
my website does not comes out properly and I cannot seem to log in my account, as an admin. My website: http://www.crashcommunications.com.
When I try to log in (like usual) to make changes in my account, I get the following message: Not Found – The requested URL /~crashcom/wp-login.php was not found on this server. – Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Is there anything I can do to access my website? And what changes do I need to do, to get my website back and running properly.
Thank you for your help!
Christine

crashcommunications.com is not hosted by wordpress.com and we cannot help you. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.
(3) Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page. Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

Hi there,
All signs point to the fact that your site is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, not a WordPress.com site.
Did you eventually transfer your content from christinebrochu.wordpress.com to a self-hosted site? We can only really assist if you have issues with that particular site, but it is no longer connected to crashcommunications.com.
To clear up any confusion, self-hosted WordPress sites and WordPress.com are two, different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:
http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/However, if you have access to the server control panel through your host ( looks like the site is hosted with ENOM, INC.), it is always possible to regain access to a self-hosted WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through the steps:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_PasswordAlso, you may wish to contact your hosting support team for direct assistance.
Thanks!
