I bought the buisnessplan for my website some time ago, but it looks like, it have not gone through?
The payment have gone through, but i never got i recipe og confirm from you? neither is my website opgraded, its still i the free-version…What to do?

The plan was purchased through another WordPress.com account, which is why you are unable see the upgrade while logged in as woodconcept9. I’ve sent an email to the address we have on file for the owner of the plan and I will follow up with you there.
I’ve removed the transaction ID — it’s best not to post that information here as these forums are a public place.
Please let me know if you don’t receive the email.

Second; it seems like i haven’t gotten your email; i have now checked all of my email accounts, like, all; both work and non-work.
There must be some kind of mistake somewhere? The money for the plan have been withdrawn from my backaccount, and apparently the plan are bought on a WP-account that i cant relate to? and the account with the plan that i bought, is hooked op on an email-account that i dont know anything about?
Is there anything i can do?
