my website and divi theme has disappeared

    Due. to a credit card expiring my hosting company dream launcher has deleted my website. My new hosting company has said I need the files that should have been backed up to my computer ,I thought I had saved my site on word press. please advise. Regards Madeleine Fear

    It looks like your WordPress site is self hosted (using WordPress.org).
    I’m sorry but here on this forum, we only provide support for sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    Just a note – If the web host has deleted your files because the plan was not renewed, then I’m afraid there’s no way to recover those files unless you had saved a backup of those files on your computer or some place safe :(

    Hello,

    I only have a login for wordpress.com I can see my domain there.

    I used to login with http://www.smallfurryhotel.com/wp-admin

    The hosing coming is asking me to call the US from the Uk. I have tried but been on hold for 20min so looking at a large bill with no answers. They also want me to pay $150 to reinstate the sight. My stats etc are on wordpress .com

    I took part in a two week course on how to build a wordpress website using the DIvi theme at no point was backing up the site discusses. I presumed when I hit save on word press it saved it to my account as moonfruit did. There is definitely something on my wordpress.com account
