Hi there. I am at a loss. I had a website at winterhillforest.ca and now I cannot access it at all, even through admin. Can you help me figure out what went wrong and how to get it back? Did you apply new pricing or something? Thank you.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Hostgator.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
