  It looks like you are using WordPress.ORG for your website(http://www.elisabethklein.com/) and it is hosted via Siteground using the following name servers:

  ns1.us35.siteground.us
  ns2.us35.siteground.us

  So i am sorry… but you have posted your issue in the wrong forum. This forum only supports the sites hosted on WordPress.COM and not elsewhere.
