my website cannot be accessed
-
Hello there, I am having issues with my website. I am unable to access any of my pages or posts on the back end and there is a red error message that reads that my site cannot be accessed. I’ve tried to follow the troubleshooting instructions regarding JetPack, but I’m unable to do any of the things needed. Is there anything you can do to help? Thank you.

Hi there,
I checked your jetpack debug and there are several errors:

Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting your Jetpack plugin?:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/disconnect-jetpack-sites/
If not, please try this to see if this resolves the issue. I would reach out to the Jetpack team if you continue to have issues:

Hope this helps.

Hi there, thank you for your help.
I followed the https://en.support.wordpress.com/disconnect-jetpack-sites/ link to disconnect jetpack, but I’m unable to even access the page that I need to to reconnect Jetpack. Now my whole site is gone, and it seems the only way to get it back is to pay another years subscription!Did I do something wrong on my end? I followed the disconnect instructions perfectly.

I somehow managed to get access to the backend of my account. Whenever I tried to reconnect Jetpack using the instructions on https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/ this page, I got an error message.
Now when I click anything in the backend of my website, I get this error message:
This site can’t provide a secure connectionfrancescamakes.com uses an unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCHI’m completely lost.

This looks like an issue with your site’s SSL certificate. So, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to help you fix it. Once it’s fixed, you can try and reconned Jetpack.

Hi there! I contacted my hosting provider and they sorted the SSL certificate issue, and then I was easily able to reconnect Jetpack. Thank you so much for your help!
