My website CMS has disappeared
-
I tried to log in to my site CMS and it refused to recognise my username with my password. So I tried entering the registered email instead but it wouldn’t accept it with my password either, so I tried the forgotten password feature and reset the password. However, now when i have logged in there is no site there at all in the CMS! If I click to view sites i get an error message ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’ – I don’t know what that is. And I’m not convinced that it’s even logged me in to the right CMS because the part I can see is the account info and it’s all blank. It doesn’t even look like the CMS as I remember it.
This is my website: https://amydolmancreative.wordpress.com/ I’m completely frozen out. I tried using the wordpress.com support but they want proof of ownership which I don’t have – trade ID i’ve never had, authenticator codes i’ve never used, and the original email from when i set it up years ago i can’t find. Please help!
I also tried doing the ‘send me a link’ option and with my registered email it told me i don’t have permission to access my own website :(
