My website content has disappeared within WordPress
-
I have owned this domain and website for 5+ years, however all of my content has disappeared. The website was active as recent as last summer. However, at some point, it was all deleted and redirected to ninjawebcorporation.com
I spoke with BlueHost, who were able to remove a virus, however none of my content has been found. When I sign in, it states that I have no websites with WordPress and appears as if nothing has ever existed in this domain. I am hoping to somehow find this content stored somewhere that I can make this live again. Any and all information is greatly appreciated.

Hey there, it looks like it was hosted with Bluehost all along, correct? Can you check with them to see if they have any database backups, even something from before they removed the virus?
Your site wouldn’t show up on our services because you used a free copy of WordPress, which is different from our managed hosting. That copy would have existed only at Bluehost.
But you might also check any outside services you were using. For example, if you had Jetpack’s backup services (a paid upgrade) with an active subscription, they may be able to help, too. They also have some tips for cleaning a hacked site, if Bluehost can restore that.
After the site is recovered, if you’d like to import it to our services so we can take care of it going forward, we’d be glad to assist. Here’s a short article on the difference between our services and the free WordPress software, and this article has more information. Let us know how we can help!
