My website creators can no longer submit new images; the password wont work.

  I have some college kids working on my website for credit; they no longer are able to submit new images because the old password wont work. I have tried for a couple of hours to create a new password but it too wont work. None of us are impressed with wordpress. The kids need help and I cant help them. I started creating this web as rubymountaingallery.net ,, and they created it as forrestflager.wordpress.com. I dont know why they did but nothing is working for them. What can we do. Richard Flager
