  I urgently need your help! I cannot access my website! I am not exactly sure which one, but I was about to delete either the plugin ‘WPtouch Mobile Plugin’ or ‘WP Mobile Detector’ and suddenly everything went blank! Is it a virus?

  Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality. For that type of functionality, you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.

  That site is not on WordPress.COM servers and we cannot help with it.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
