my website disapeared

    i have had website up and running for over a year now. i was just on it yesterday, and not it says its not available and when im signed in to wordpress, it shows i didnt even design my site. whats going on?

    Hey there, it looks like your plan expired, and the site reverted to a version without outside themes or plugins. I can see you bought the upgrade again today and have a request in to restore the site, so you’re on the right track! It just takes some time to get that done.

    Going forward, I highly recommend keeping auto renew going so you don’t have to worry about lapsed bills. Let us know if you need more help!
