My website disappeared

  Within the last several days, my website disappeared. My “vegasvolleyball.org” domain is not working. My website does not show and my emails “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” are not being received. This is HUGELY problematic. Please help me fix this ASAP!

  Hi there,

  It looks like the domain vegasvolleyball.org may have accidentally expired before you renewed it at the registrar. For some reason, the name servers are no longer pointed at WordPress.com. In order for the domain to work correctly, you’ll just need to login at your registrar and change the name servers to the following:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Then, your domain should begin working correctly along with your email!

  How do I know who the registrar is? The challenge is that I am not receiving any emails so any notifications are not being received or read.

  Hi there,

  It looks like the registrar name reads as “Melbourne IT”. If you recently made a payment for the domain registration somewhere, that would be your registrar. You will need to change the name servers there.

  The instructions to change name servers really varies depending on the registrar. If you’re domain is registered with Melbourne IT (looks like it is), you should be able to change the name servers using these instructions:
