My Website Disappeared

I started working on Radcliffe 2 last week. Logged in today and got a message saying I’m not allowed to customize. Not I have to start from the beginning. What’s going on?

There are no sites owned by the account you are currently logged in to. As @staartmees mentioned, please send a link to the site you are referring to and I’ll see what I can find.

The sites come up on the mobile app. But not my laptop. Just installed the app for windows and it still says I don’t have any websites yet.

I’ve checked your account and I can see the site listed there, which suggests the issue is browser related. Can you try logging in as perenniallawnservices using a different browser on your laptop?
If you can see the site in another browser, please try working through these steps:
- Log out of WordPress.com
- Clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
- Clear WordPress.com cookies: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies
- Log back in as perenniallawnservices

Thanks for the help, still having the same issue.
Added WORDPRESS to chrome cookies exception.
Cleared all data from chrome
Logged back in to the windows wordpress appNow says my account is free not premium.
I can see my previous site I long abandoned.
I try to add perennialservices.ca but it says it’s already associated with my account.
Wordpress on my phone shows premium account and my old and new sites. -

Is “wordpress”, supposed to be in the url? I don’t want customers to see that.
Yes, that’s your free WordPress.com address. perennialservices.ca is set as the primary domain for your site so anyone visiting will only see that domain in their browser’s address bar.
