my website disappeared

    I did run out of hosting on BlueHost due to unpaid renewal. Now when I logged in the WP via my BlueHost account it says there is no website. Does it mean I lost it all? I thought it stay on my WP account for any use later…..
    The BlueHost said they don’t keep anything as it went over 31 days since expire. Its very frustrating to lose it all. To build new website is time-consuming and expensive….

    You’ll need to talk to Bluehost support regarding this. If a site is not hosted here on WordPress.com, we do not have any access to the site files or data.
