My website disappeared from my account and online

  I created my website to show it on a conference. The website disappeared completely. It’s not online, it’s not online and it says that there has been a critical error. The website plan DISAPPEARED from my account. Could you PLEASE explain what’s happening? This is my business and I just lost a lot of opportunities because this mistake. I need you to come back to me as soon as possible this is unacceptable.
