my website displaying critical error

  please help, i have deleted all my plugins except elementor paypal plus for woocommerce.
  debugging depicts php outdate 5.40 but the site is showing 5.62.
  unable to activate woocommerce and my website is purely for e-commerce.
  kindly help me update this fuckin outdated php
