My website dissapeared!

  Hello all

  My website was having some difficulty yesterday, so i contacted my hosting company to see what the issues might be. Without warning, they deleted all my files for my site and just did a fresh install or wordpress.

  I am trying to get the site backed up so that i can get back to the original site – but wordpress doesn’t recognize my login. How can this be?

  Did my hosting company do more than delete my website?

  The blog you specified at thewakeplace.com does not appear to be hosted at WordPress.com.

  This support forum is for WordPress.com hosted blogs only. If you have a self-hosted WordPress blog you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums, not here.
