  I was updating my menu, then everything is now gone and I can no longer login

  The site herbiesrestaurant.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site, and not a site on WordPress.com.

  You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/herbiesrestaurant.com+dns
