my website dissappeared

  I changed the password of my website 1october I still have that email from wordpress… and proof of wordpress email send to my email
  All the sudden a friend says they cannot access my website anymore: when I try to go on my website it says: There has been a critical error on your website.

  I am no programmer so I have no clue on what to do,
  then something even more painful occured
  I tried to login:

  It says my email nor my username exists… how is that possible

  what can I do I spend so much energy in creating my website and now it just all the sudden dissappeared..
  This is a big shock for me…

  I am also unable to contact anyone from wordpress support… very hard to be assisted in this situation..

  This is WordPress.com and you need to have a site hosted here to receive support. Could you confirm the full address of your site as you may be posting to the wrong forum.
