-
When clicking on navigation items, the url changes to the correct page, but the design remains that of the home page. But, if I’m on the page and click edit, the correct page opens for editing

1. Clear Your Browser Cache:Sometimes your browser saves (or “caches”) old versions of your site, which can cause pages to not load correctly. Try clearing your browser’s cache:On Chrome: Click the three dots in the top right, go to More Tools > Clear Browsing Data, and choose Cached images and files. On Firefox: Click the menu button, choose Settings > Privacy & Security, then scroll down to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data. Then, refresh your website and check if the issue is gone.
2. Try a Different Browser:To see if the issue is just your current browser, try opening your site in a different one (like switching from Chrome to Firefox). If it works fine there, it’s definitely a browser issue.
3. Disable Caching Plugins (if you have any): If you’re using any caching plugins, they might be causing the issue. Go into your WordPress dashboard, find your caching plugin, and temporarily disable it. Then, check if your pages load properly.
4. Update Your Theme: Sometimes themes can cause weird issues like this. Make sure your theme is up to date by going to your dashboard and checking under Appearance > Themes. If there’s an update available, go ahead and update it.
5. Check for Plugin Conflicts: If nothing else works, try deactivating your plugins one by one to see if a plugin is causing the issue. Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins, and click Deactivate next to each one, then refresh your site after each deactivation to see if that fixes the problem.
Let me know how it goes.
