My website does not scroll

  With the latest version of Chrome, our site Logosprep.org does not scroll. I had a user on a prior version and it was working. Then when she updated chrome scrolling no longer works. I have also tried the site on Chrome Beta and Canary and the site still does not work. Can you help me figure what is causing the issue? Thanks.

  problem is in logosprep.org/wp-content/themes/3clicks/js/jquery.smoothscroll/jquery.smoothscroll.js

  I’m not sure what bug in chrome causing it. I would remove it until fixed.
