My website doesn't respond more than 14 hours now [urgent]

    Hi,

    I am unable to open my webiste: http://nalikolehua.com at all in the last 14 hours while I am able to use the wordpress dashboard and even edit pages or existing posts.

    I thought this could be a temporary server error, but since it’s too long to be a temporary issue, and also I have no idea what’s going on, let me post it here.

    Please let me know what I should do for this kind of error. (My plan is premium.)

    Technically, I think I could open my website once around 12 hours ago; I’m sure that changes I have made are not the reason of this issue.

  • Hi there. Your site loads just fine for me, so this is probably a connection or a browser issue. I don’t see anything wrong with your site itself.

    Please make sure you are using one of the browsers listed here and that your browser is updated to the latest version: http://browsehappy.com/

    Additionally, try clearing your browser cache and cookies and make sure you have third-party cookies enabled. You can also check whether you have the same problem on a different browser.

    ISPs also sometimes accidentally block WordPress.com sites. They would block a site for violating the terms or even on government order and they do that by blocking the site’s IP address. However, our sites share IP addresses on WordPress.com, so by blocking one IP they inadvertently block many other sites as well. If this is the case you’ll need to contact your ISP directly have have them whitelist your site.

    Thank you so much for your quick help!

    I’m glad that you can see my website. I’m actually using Safari on my Macbook and on iPhone and unable to open my website on both devices even after I’ve cleared browser caches and cookies.

    Oh, but now I know that my case must be because of ISP…!! Once I’ve turned off the Wifi to use the 3G network connection through my phone, my website has opened..
