My website doesn't seem to be on the web.

    Its just sitting there.
    I have googled my wordpress name and have sent invites. I have a free wordpress domain name.
    Or, please just tell me… it’s not actually ‘free’ and for it to be an active site/ blog I have to pay.
    Is there something I need to do.

    https://blossomsbyelizabeth.wordpress.com is up and working. But you’ll need to put the full url in the address bar for a while to see it. It takes a few weeks for search engines to index new sites, and only then if they contain interesting content. Actually Google seems to prefer dynamic posts rather than static pages (which is what your new site mostly consists of). Add some posts to the blog section and eventually your site should get added to the search engines database.
