  Let’s see if I can help you with your domain.

  Click on “Domains” in the left menu. Is your domain listed?

  If not, did you purchase the domain upgrade through WordPress.com?

  Hi @chantelmccourt, unfortunately this domain expired a while ago and is in redemption now. The registrar charges an extra fee to get it back, if it’s possible to get it back at all.
