My website get suspended

  Halo,
  I just make new WordPress website, using the free tier and free theme available. Then, i imported and restored my blog content from Blogspot. At first, all is fine and working. But, after few minutes, the website is showing that the website is suspended or archived. Can you help to resolve that error?
