My website goes to the installation page unnecessarily

    Hello,

    I built a site using WordPress in the free server of ‘cp1.awardspace.net’ and I use cloudflare SSL. (I cite this data because it may be the cause of my problem)

    Sometimes, when I edit my site, it automatically goes to the installation page of the site ‘wp-admin/install.php’ and does not allow me to return to my site until I am ‘re-installing’. Then it write that he already has ‘WordPress installed the server’ and allows me to access my site and reconnect.

    Recently, even that doesn’t work, and when I try to ‘reinstall’ the site, it shows me the following error numerous times:
    [User ‘3120309_wpress02aac9cc’ has exceeded the ‘max_questions’ resource (current value: 12000)]

    I think this happens mostly when I try to install plugins. But I’m not sure.
