my website got disconnected
-
Hello,
I tried using the AI assistant to get help, AI said he will send Human Support but i never got in touch with Human SupportMy Business Plan, domain, and services appear in my Purchases list, but they all show:
“You no longer have access to this site and its purchases.”My website is still online and I can access /wp-admin, but WordPress.com does not show the site under my account. Jetpack is disconnected, plugin management is locked, and I cannot upload media.
Thank you.

Hello @staff-reyrey
Thank you for reaching out so fast!
I think my website Is alright now, I mean I can log in, my purchases are there, I can see my website in /sites.
But when I click on Jetpack It’s still erroring:
Jetpack encountered an error and was unable to display the Dashboard. Please try refreshing the page.
I still can’t upload images, files.
I cannot do any management in plugins, for example when i try to delete a plugin:
Deletion failed: {“success”:true,”data”:{“delete”:”plugin”,”slug”:”seo-by-rank-math”,”plugin”:”seo-by-rank-math/rank-math.php”,”pluginName”:”Rank Math SEO”}}
In media I can see my uploads only on mode=list. But i can’t see my uploads on mode=grid.
When I’m in mode=list i try to attach an image to any of my posts, when i click attach it says i don’t got any posts and gives an error, even though i got posts.
Thank you in advance! -
Tried using different browser, cleared cache, went into the debug tool from jetpack. If i try to reconnect i lose everything from payments, media, plugins… nothing works. This is the error:
XML-RPC is not responding correctly ( 200 )
It looks like XML-RPC is not responding correctly. Please make sure XML-RPC is turned on for your site and is set up to respond to all content types. You can test this yourself by running the following command from the command line:
curl -A 'Jetpack by WordPress.com' -d '<methodCall><methodName>demo.sayHello</methodName></methodCall>' https://spotcasino.org/xmlrpc.phpThe answer should be:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <methodResponse> <params> <param> <value> <string>Hello!</string> </value> </param> </params> </methodResponse>
