My website got hacked!

    Hello,

    My website got hacked about a month ago and I wanted to get it back up and running. I tried creating a new account, but it now wants to charge me $13 a year to connect the old domain. I cannot seem to sign into my old account, because there I don’t recall being charged any money to have a personal URL, but I guess I lost my sign in information and do not have any of the proof information to retrieve it. My website URL is joshuaturnermusic.com, can you help me figure out how to get back to my original account and URL set up?

    Hi there,

    It looks like maybe your site was hosted on Bluehost? If that’s what you want to access, you’d need to contact them.

    Otherwise you can create a site here at WordPress.com:
    https://wordpress.com/start/

    In order to use a domain name, rather than *.wordpress.com, you will need to upgrade. This has always been the case here.
