My website got Problem

When I set up my website, I had purchased the EXPLORER plan, and the website was xxx.net. But for some reason, the URL has now been changed to xxxnet.wpcomstaging.com, and I’m constantly being asked to upgrade, even though I’m already an Explorer.

I see that a plan and domain were purchased and canceled. The refund is listed under My Profile (top right corner) → Purchases → Billing History.
Yet, as I see that the original plan and domain registration were not refunded, I have restored them for you. Thank you very much for your help, but this seems to be a rollback to a much earlier version, and a lot of data has gone missing. Is it possible to revert to the most recent progress instead?

The content was still re-importing as the Creator plan was canceled and the website was moved back to the original infrastructure.
This process is now complete, and you can take your time to check if anything is missing.
