  Hi , i cant access my website and i keep getting emails that new users have been registered . What can i do

  But as far as i know im on word press , here is an example of email i got last month

  Yes, you are using the self hosted version of WordPress.
  The mail you have shared also contains the support page link of WordPress.org forums.

  does not allow me to post as my email address is not recogised for log in. it might have been changed by hacking.. i cant even log in to my admin for the website in order to apply any of the actions on https://wordpress.org/support/

  Please help on what i could do in this case
