  Hi there,

  Of which site are you speaking? https://saraharthurs.wordpress.com/ is completely empty, and currently we don’t offer any way to collect membership fees for WordPress.com sites, except via a plugin on our Business and eCommerce plans, neither of which you own.

  If this is for a WordPress site at another host, please contact support directly for the specific memberships plugin you are using instead.
