    Dear WordPress Support,
    I am experiencing a critical issue with my website, which is displaying a completely blank white page with no information. I have identified and resolved an issue with the domain, but my website still shows the white screen. The URL for my website is https://ragnar.co.th/.

    Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

    Taking a look at the DNS records for your domain ragnar.co.th – we’re seeing an incorrect record added that might be conflicting with the other A records on the domain:

    A ragnar.co.th 192.124.249.63

    Could you remove it by logging into your domain registrar’s panel? Once the record is removed, it might take up to 72 hours for the DNS to propagate, post which the site should start loading.

    If you continue to see issues after that though, let us know and we’ll take another look!
