    Where is my website? I’ve logged in and I can’t find anything all my products and pages are gone after I’ve paid over £1000 to get it solved. What is going on? I need this resolved as soon as possible.

    Hi @diamondsdancing1

    I can confirm that your Business Plan expired recently, which has the effect of removing all plugins and 3rd party themes that you may have activated on your site.

    The good news is that we still retain backup from when your site was upgraded. To regain access to backups, you will first need to upgrade to the Business Plan again, which I can confirm you have already done. I see it in your account here: /

    Since you have upgraded you can follow our guide here which will walk you through the process of locating and restoring from your last backup. This will return your site to the way it looked and function right before the plan expired:
