Hi,
I ordered the backup service with Jetpack and this error message saying that ‘We noticed that something wasn’t updated correctly. Please try this setup again.’
I was asked to connect my website to WordPress by changing my nameservers on GoDaddy. I did this a couple of days but my website has been down since and I am still getting the same error message.Is this normal or is something wrong?

Hi,
You don’t need to change your nameservers to the WordPress.com ones to be able to use the Jetpack plugin and any of its services. To fix your site loading issue, you need to restore your previous nameservers. If you need help with that, please contact GoDaddy.
Once you have fixed that, please contact the Jetpack support team at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/, and they’ll help you configure the backup service.
