Hi there,
I do not see anything bad about kensingtonwindowcleaning.wpcomstaging.com. What exactly do you mean by “hacked”?
Alternatively, with your plan (if you have a Premium or higher) you can use Live Chat to get direct support. You can access live chat by logging in to your WordPress.com account and going to this link: https://wordpress.com/help/contact.

then if you allow yourself to click into my site its all typed in Russian or something?
The page you get is not my website -
Ok, now I see, you have indicated https://kensingtonwindowcleaning.wpcomstaging.com in the original post, which runs fine. It is hosted here, on WordPress.com.
The problem appears with https://kensingtonwindowcleaning.com, which is not hosted on WordPress.com, but on Linode as I can see here https://digital.com/web-hosting/who-is/. As long as this website is not hosted here on our WordPress.com servers, we are unable to help. I suppose you have to contact your hosting provider for help https://www.linode.com/support/.If that does not help, you can ask the WordPress.org community for advice or look for solutions on existing forum threads: https://wordpress.org/support/forums.

Well it’s your company that I pay the fees to so you can only redirect me to hosting company?
May I ask? Can I choose my own hosting company as your one is hacked ? -
Hi,
Thank you for additional questions.
Well it’s your company that I pay the fees to
Now we are on WordPress.com forum, and we can help on websites hosted there.
The website we are talking about is https://kensingtonwindowcleaning.com right?
This website is hosted on Linode, so you most likely pay to them for hosting, not to WordPress.com.
Domain is bought from Name.com, so you most likely pay to them for domain, not to WordPress.com.But to be sure, I will go ahead and add Staff to check if there is any payment we receive for https://kensingtonwindowcleaning.com here at WordPress.com.
so you can only redirect me to hosting company? Can I choose my own hosting company as your one is hacked ?
You can, but the issue is most probably not about hacking, I think it is about invalid SSL certificate.
Often hosting provider issues SSL certificate. As long as the website https://kensingtonwindowcleaning.com is not hosted on our servers at WordPress.com, we are unable to access it and fix this SSL issue. So in your case your hosting provider Linode shall be able to fix that.If you have more questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Hi there!
Let me clarify this.
You used to have Business plan for the site kensingtonwindowcleaning.com, but both the plan and the domain expired last year.
You can still access your WordPress.com site under the free address kensingtonwindowcleaning.wpcomstaging.com. However, the domain kensingtonwindowcleaning.com is registered with Name.com, and points to another host, as you can see here:
https://www.whois.com/whois/kensingtonwindowcleaning.com.
Since neither the site nor the domain is ours, we can’t help.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere; we can only assist with sites hosted on our servers.
We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting. You can find more details about WordPress.com and WordPress.org on this support page:
https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/.
To solve your issue you will want to reach out to your host or, as @maksimurasov suggested above, write on the WordPress community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

can i fix my website or can you fix my website ?
why are you asking me to contact other companies when you are hosting the site these other companies cant help me i am unable to communicate with one of them without a pin number what am i to do please -
-
the staging page you gave me is a partial pic of my landing page wheres my website is it saved can i come back to wordpress
-
can you contact the domain i cant speak without a pin number and ive never been given a pin number
-
-
It appears to me that you let the domain expire 6 months ago and someone else purchased it. That original address is lost. Your site is still here at https://kensingtonwindowcleaning.wpcomstaging.com/ but Business plan features will no longer work as you let the Business plan expire 6 months ago too,
-

Domain Name: KENSINGTONWINDOWCLEANING.COM
Creation Date: 2020-11-29
Registry Expiry Date: 2021-11-29
Registrar: Name.com.
Name Server: NS1.EZINESPLACE.COM
Name Server: NS2.EZINESPLACE.COMYou can see here that it was purchased in November 2020 and if that wasn’t you because you were living up a mountain at the time then I think you’ll need to purchase a new domain with a similar but different address along with a WordPress.com plan and start again.
