Hello, I am the owner of https://ivydeleon.com/ I recently received an email that someone else logged onto my website and they have locked me out of the website. The person who logged into my site was (email visible only to moderators and staff) They have a history of spam attacks and I am wondering how I can access my website again. I need to reset the username/password but don’t know how. I can also be reached at (email visible only to moderators and staff)

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
