My website has been hacked and site no longer exsists.

I have not use wordpress for about a year as there was no need to as the website was working well. today 13/4/24 I went to share the website link and it came up with a casino image instead of my website. I went to login with my login with my user and password and it wouldn’t let me login . I then log in with Google and there is websites there. I then went to check my email and i see there is a email sent on the 12/4/24 asking for a new link. I did not request this. Can you help restore my original website. also what email do you use to when you send your invoices – could this have happen because i have missed a payment?

Hi there – The site you have listed there does not appear to have ever been hosted here with us at WordPress.com. I also do not find any transaction history on your account associated to this email address. I also don’t find in our email records that we sent the email you mention. It’s safe to say that you were paying someone else for that site and hosting originally. The next best step is to look at your bank records for previous payments to find who was charging you for your website hosting and domain.
I’ve used a public archive to see what your site might have looked like most recently and I do find an example here: https://web.archive.org/web/20220818025318/http://lifecoachingnz.com/
One option you do have is to copy the content you see there and begin rebuilding the site here on our hosting. Or you can have our team build it for you based on what’s available there. Let us know if you have any questions about these approaches I’ve mentioned.
