My website has been hacked. I cannot get access. tenvisionsofjoy.wordpress.com and workshopswithheart.wordpress.com and kindmentor.wordpress.com and energiesofjoy.wordpress.com Help me!!!!!!! I am not a web expert.

Please don’t post multiple threads for help on one issue. I have closed the duplicate threads you created.
You are posting here while logged in as the username 2011eg. This account only owns one site, 2011eg.wordpress.com.
The other sites you mention here, as well as several others, belong a completely different username account using a different email address than you’re using here. You will need to log in as that account to access those sites. If you don’t remember your login details for that account you’ll need to submit the account recovery form to try and regain access.

I tried account-recovery and it won’t let me access as it doesn’t know who I am. I changed my password — to a new stronger one on June 9th … could that be what is causing the problem ????

I am getting a lot of notices about resetting passwords … my lack of knowledge is extremely dangerous obviously. I think someone has taken over my access to all my current wp sites. I could really use some good help right now… Thank you. ha

You have two different accounts. Each account has its own username, email address and password.
You won’t be able to reset the password for the other account while you are logged into the 2011eg account. If you remember the username/email address for the other account, and still have access to that email address, you can request a password reset here:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpasswordI did not send you a password reset link. If you received one, that means someone entered the correct username or password on the password reset form. But the link will only work if you first log out of the 2011eg account before you click it.
No one has taken over your sites. You are logged into the wrong account. Go to this link and log out, and then try resetting your password using the username/email address for the other account.

Hey things are not going well. I just tried to get into Ten Visions of Joy and what happens is that it brings me back to the WP page for 2011eg.wordpress.com which only contains data on that original site. There is none of the data or back door access to the Tenvisionsofjoy site. What am I doing wrong. Where did my list at top left of all my sites disappear??? The same happens with my energiesofjoy site and websiteimagery site and secretsofcreativity. It is all mixed up and all leading back to this old innocuous site. I was logged out of the 2011eg account before I did any of this. Help! ha

So I just tried to reset the password for kindmentor.wor… and received a message from WP asking if I was “ a really good photographer” & asking me to click the reset password button if that was me . At this stage I really don’t know what to do. I am afraid that if I reset it it too will send me back to the 2011 site. I used the email: Heleneanne@po…. With kind regards. ha

The logs show that the password for your other account was reset two days ago, on 14 June, after my last reply to you. So it appears that you did manage to reset that password but then you also reset the password for this account and logged back in here.
Please follow these steps:
1) Log out of this account.
2) Clear your browser cache and cookies.
3) Go to the password reset form and enter the email address you think you used for the other account.
4) Click the link in the email to reset the password.
5) If that does not take you to the correct account, repeat from step 1 and use a different email address in step 3.
If this doesn’t work with any of your email addresses, you’ll need to submit the account recovery form. This forum is public, so we can’t discuss login details here, but on that form you can provide us with some information to verify you’re the owner of the other account so we can help you regain access to it.

What would I do without you… but I still don’t have it. I cleared the cache as requested. I tried: (email visible only to moderators and staff) and received notification from WP to reset password for “2011eg” ; I didn’t bother assuming it was going to reset the password for the old 2011eg website. Then I tried”heleneanne@portraits… and reset the password for “a really good photographer” that took me back to 2011eg WP admin pages. I feel I am caught in some kind of cycle over which I have no control over all my current wp websites. It has been so many years working with you so successfully. I obviously have taken much for granted. When I tried the auto recovery form it wouldn’t accept me and said to reset my password. It is like a vicious circle and I am more panicked than ever. Luckily I have purchased somethings from WP – a no adv. on my “secretsofcreativity” and I have the receipt number too, but when I got into that secretsofcreativity account it trips back to 2011eg and no access to any of my active WP accounts. HELP!!!! ha

Thank you for trying that. I don’t see a password reset attempt on the account, so it doesn’t look like you used the correct email address.
I’ve just sent an email to the address we have on file for the account you’re trying to access. Can you please check all your email addresses (including spam folders) for my email? If you find it, reply to it and I can help you reset the password.
If you don’t find it, let me know here and we can try something else.
