My website has been published, but has disappeared from ‘My Site’ when I log in.

  I finished editing and posting my site yesterday, but when I logged in this morning, the ‘My Site’ section of my account was inaccessible. I can still see the ‘Write’ button in the top right corner and the ‘My Site’ button in the top left corner, but clicking on them does nothing. I can no longer access my site or edit my site, it seems. What should I do to restore the ability to edit my site?

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Hi there,

  Thanks for confirming the URL.

  I checked your site on my end, and those buttons work normally for me. This means the problem is most likely in your browser.

  Please clear your browser cache, and also delete WordPress.com cookies (you can clear all cookies, but that will log you out of any account you’re currently logged into in your browser). Then log back in and check if it’s working now.

  If not, can you also check if it makes any difference to log into another browser?

  Thanks! I didn’t do anything and it miraculously worked again. I’ll keep in mind clearing the browser cache and cookies if it happens again.
