My website has been suspended, can’t log in to address the issue.

Hello,
My flight school website has been suspended, probably for lack of payment or something. I can’t seem to log in to the admin page to rectify the situation. I need a wordpress support person but this is the best I got. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hello @brianbash! I’ll be happy to assist you with this.
I checked your site and noticed that it’s not hosted on WordPress.com but is instead a self-hosted site, as you can see here:https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/bermudadunesflighttraining.com
In this case, you’ll want to reach out to your current host, Bluehost, so they can assist you with this.
Also, if you need further help, feel free to ask your question on the WordPress.org community forums at this link:

If you’re curious about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, this guide explains it quite well:

Please let us know if you have any questions or need any extra help, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

That sounds really frustrating. Sometimes websites get suspended because of issues like hosting limits, payment delays, or even security flags. The best step is usually to reach out to your hosting provider’s support team—they can tell you the exact reason and guide you on how to get it back online.
I’ve had something similar happen with one of my apk sites before, and customer support was the quickest way to sort it out. Hopefully, it’ll just be a small fix, and your site will be back up soon.
