My website has completely disappeared

I received an email a couple of weekends ago to say my website had automatically updated, but realised today that my website has completely disappeared! I can’t even log into my account and my profile says I have never had a website with WordPress. Very frustrating

thank you for your help – I have had this website – http://www.sarahmuggeridgemosaics.com with wordpress for several years and last accessed it a couple of weeks ago. I received an email recently saying it had automatically updated. I didn’t make any changes myself. Now, not only am I getting the message “website under construction” when I try to access it, I can’t even get into my wordpress account. I had to apply for an email link

We can’t help you as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must contact your hosting to solve this problem.

It looks like your site is hosted with Bluehost: https://gwhois.org/sarahmuggeridgemosaics.com+dns
WordPress comes in two flavors: WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress.org. The latter is the term used for when you install the WordPress open source software onto other servers, such as Bluehost, amongst others.
