My website which has been online for 2 years has been completely removed from my wordpress profile, I can’t see any information about it anywhere or the domain that I’ve purchased. Searching for the website and trying to access it only generates an error 403 and trying to access the wp-admin link for the site generates a 404.

I’m entirely unable to access any information about my website, which was subscribed to a paid plan. The domain which I pay for has also been removed from my account.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

My site has both disappeared from my wordpress account and has been giving 403 responses when seaching the domain. I haven’t recieved any communication about why it would do this or deleted the site myself. I can’t see the status of my site to check the logs to see any problem.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

Your WordPress.com site at https://coldkingdomcom.wordpress.com/ is loading fine on my end. Are you referring to a different site? If yes, can you share the link to the site so that we can look it up on our end?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.

Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your current provider. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.

You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the business plan.

As it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere. The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting

The folks in that forum are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. Thanks!

My website was entirely hosted on and designed on WordPress business package, I have an invoice from last month which shows this. However the site seems to have been wiped from the platform, the only place on my account where I can see any information is on blogs where it has been set to hidden and still gives a 403 error when the link is clicked.

According to https://digital.com/who-is-hosting-this/ your site is hosted by IONOS. You must contact Ionos support to know what’s going on.

    Hi there

    Thank you for your reply.

My website was entirely hosted on and designed on WordPress business package, I have an invoice from last month which shows this. However the site seems to have been wiped from the platform, the only place on my account where I can see any information is on blogs where it has been set to hidden and still gives a 403 error when the link is clicked.

There are two versions of WordPress – WordPress.com and WordPress.org. WordPress.com is a hosted version of WordPress where we take care of your website’s security, updates and maintenance while you can focus on your content. At WordPress.com, the installation of plugins and themes is allowed only with a Business plan subscription. However, we have lots of built-in plugins and a variety of themes to choose from.

On the other hand, WordPress.org websites are self-hosted and require that you purchase your space on the web with a hosting company and you are the one who needs to take care of the website’s security, updates and maintenance. WordPress.org allows you to install custom plugins and themes.

More details on the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org you can find in the link: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Your site https://rezsolutions.co.uk/ is a WordPress.org one hosted outside of WordPress.com platform. We won’t be able to help you with it unless you decide to migrate it to our platform. Is that something you would be interested in?
