My website has completely disappeared.

  My usual log-in is suddenly not letting me log into my account. It keeps showing the username as invalid. My website is redirecting to my domain host landing page, and my domain host which is Godaddy is requesting my website’s IP address so they can point it to my website, which I can’t provide since I can’t access my WordPress account. I have been contacting customer service for days with no response.

  This is the host WordPress.com not GoDaddy. I’d reach out to GoDaddy as the domain is showing as parked. Have you let a plan or domain renewal expire with them?

  I had a look at the domain as well, and it redirects me to the https://www.marriageandfamilywellnesscenter.com/lander page, which appears blank.

  As @themagicrobot advised above, reaching out to GoDaddy (if you believe that’s your hosting provider), and asking for specifics of what to do should be your next step.

  I also queried the A records for the domain marriageandfamilywellnesscenter.com which outputs 15.197.148.33 and 3.33.130.190 and in turn, a whois query shows Amazon Technologies as the host:

  

  At this point, working out the specifics of what need to be done with GoDaddy is your best bet.

  Hi davidmft10,

  Do you have your backup files and database? They are really useless if they don’t provide any update for you. You better go with other hosting that are more reliable.
