My website has crashed and I no longer have access to it or wordpress.

    I have lost access to my website created in wordpress. I have lost all access to the site since May 21st when I tried to solve an email sender problem and failed. Since then I cannot log in as the administrator or anyone- the site is just blank. I have read the various threads about accessing the site through the back end but I have had no joy there. My website is http://www.wylerconsult.ch.

    Please help me because I can’t bear the idea that my site is permanently lost. I had made a backup of the site within the site but of course that is useless if I cannot access the site in any way.

    I had someone design the site for me but he is not reachable (have had no response to my numerous calls and emails) so I am stuck. Please help!

    This is the WordPress.com support forum. We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software installs.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
