My website has disappeard and ERROR: There is no account with that username or email address.

My website has disappeared ‘www.audasrh.fr’ and I can no longer access the backend to see what has happened! When I try to login with the correct username and password I get an error message and when I try to reset password with either email or username I also get an error message saying that there is no account although I am certain of the correct username and password. How can I regain access to my website and the backend? Has anyone had this problem in the past? Many thanks!!

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with OVH.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
