  makeastory.co has disappeared for some reason. I have the domain from GoDaddy. Can you tell me what I am missing to get my site back up?

  Where is the domains upgrade page? I am on the plan tab (domains and emails, which is next to that tab both look sorted).

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.

  Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

  The owner of the site can transfer the site and or upgrades to another account. If you do not have the required access and someone else registered the site you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it and have them transfer the sites to your username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

  Hi @jeff3104, this was once mapped with another account, and it expired last summer.

  Are you able to add mapping again using these steps?

  1) choose a plan here:
  https://wordpress.com/plans

  2) use the domain credit at https://wordpress.com/domains

  Also, did you want it mapped to http://jeff3104.wordpress.com/ or to another site? If it’s another site that isn’t associated with this account, be sure you’re logged into the right account.
