  Please help. My website has completely disappeared from my account and cannot be reached on the web.

  Hi there – The domain you have there is not registered through our managed hosting platform on WordPress.com, nor is the website.

  What you will need to do is contact two entities: your domain registrar and your website host. They will be the best help. If you are not sure who that is, you will want to turn to the person or person or persons responsible for building and maintaining your website.

  If after you resolve your current issue, at some point down the road, you become curious about what it would take to host your website through us and get quick and relevant support, let us know and we’d be happy to chat about that a bit more.

  Thank you for your help!

  I reached out to the hosting platform. They confirmed that the ‘A record’ was missing from the dns. All was resolved.
