  I’ve gone to reactivate the website to start my business back up but can’t access it?

  Not sure where to start?

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Hi,
  If your website is not hosted with WordPress.com, maybe your website is using the open source WordPress software from(WordPress.org). :) Please know more here about the differences

  For help, you can ask the WordPress.org community where you’ll find more expert advice at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. They’re the people using same software as you are.

  Hi there,

  Is this for rynocompetitions.co.uk? That’s the only site I see in your account, and it’s a self-hosted WordPress site, connected here via the Jetpack plugin.

  The error message when you visit that site isn’t coming from the WordPress software, but from your hosting provider, NameCheap.com. So you’ll need to contact them directly for help with this, as there’s likely a problem with your hosting account. You can use the contact link that appears at the bottom of that error page to get in touch with them.
