  My website has disappeared. What happened? I pay for web hosting through GoDaddy and payments are up to date. When I logged into Word Press my website was gone! HELP!

  You don’t reveal the site that you need help with. This is the support forum for free sites hosted at WordPress.com. What happens if you log in to your site directly via wp-admin or via GoDaddy?

  I’m also guessing you probably meant to log in with yourrealwebsite.com/wp-admin — we’re separate from GoDaddy hosting, so when you log in here, you won’t see your sites you’ve created there unless you’ve connected them to our services through the Jetpack plugin.

  And if you had already done that, you may have another account with us. If you’ll send a link to the site, we can confirm.

  Thanks, Supernovia for your reply. Here is the link I have signed into for the past nine years: http://edgepartners.org/wp-admin/?prog_id=GoDaddy&isc=wwbb807&ci=75629 . It has always worked until recently when I notice the link to my website no longer worked. What is the Jetpack plugin? Is that something new?

  For the past 9 years my website edgepartners.org has worked and I have always been able to update it via wp-admin . Then several days ago I noticed that the public link to my web site was no longer working. I went to wp-admin and my site was not there!

  You must contact Godaddy support as they host your site, https://www.whois.com/whois/edgepartners.org
